Inks
The brilliance of a print is one of the main characteristics requested and appreciated by the market. Comec Italia has developed a range of mono and bicomponent inks with particular characteristics of brilliance and sharpness thanks to the high percentage of pigment they contain.
It is possible to print on any kind of material (about 25 different types in the catalog) with a great variety of colors (about thirty ready-made for each material). If, on the other hand, you are looking for a specific nuance, Comec Italia is able to produce PANTONE, RAL, NCS colors on request through a spectrophotometer, to satisfy every color need.
INSTRUCTIONS
The ink must be stored in a cool place (temperature between 10 and 25 ° C), ventilated and dark, avoiding direct exposure to solar radiation; away from heat sources and other acid or alkaline products: it is advisable to reserve an area exclusively for its conservation.
The position of the package must be vertical and the lid perfectly closed.
Once opened, cover the ink with a layer of thinner from the same series to prevent it from drying out or forming a crust. The package must remain open for as short a time as possible.
Even the packages of the catalysts, which are in most cases hygroscopic and lose their effectiveness in contact with humidity, must be stored perfectly closed.
The ink must be prepared in containers and with tools that are clean and in perfect condition, to avoid any contamination. Whenever you change color or type of ink, it is necessary to thoroughly clean all the parts that have come into contact with it, to avoid possible incompatibilities that can create various problems.
